We hope you love your new purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll provide a solution.
- U.S. Domestic: We cover the return shipping fee for the 1st return request of each order. We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label after we receive your information.
- International: Unfortunately, we currently do not cover shipping costs to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will not grant a return or replace a Limited edition item (crowdfunding item) unless -
The product has quality issue.
The product was damaged.
The product does not match the fulfillment information (the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
Limited edition items (crowdfunding items) cannot be cancelled after the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.
For lost items: If the courier is unable to locate your parcel, you are entitled to a full refund. Your purchase can be refunded fully by contacting customer service email@example.com. We will not be required to take any further action if the tracking information shows delivery confirmation to your address.
How to return an item?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in the customer service form.
If the product has damaged/quality issues, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item.
Our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
In most cases, your refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
